Grad Nights

The time is here! After four years, it is finally time to say goodbye to high school and make the first step towards a bright future. What better way to celebrate that then to plan the perfect Grad night for all seniors. A night to reflect on the last four years, a night to have fun with friends! Our event producers can help you and guide you plan the perfect night to end senior year the right way.

Venues

Our portfolio includes the most innovative venues located all throughout Orange County and the Los Angeles Metropolitan area. Spend your grad night where you didn’t even think was possible! From glow in the dark locations, sports arena or even concert halls, the possibilities are endless. A unique venue can “wow” your students and make your event that much more fun. If you decide to have your grad night on campus instead, our event producers can still help you out with floor plan and layout to ensure you make the most out of the space.

Activities & Entertainment

A night of fun begins with great company and great activities! To keep your students busy all night long, we offer some of the most entertaining activities you can think of! We offer a variety of different types of activities that can be brought on campus but also out to a venue. Some of our most popular items for grad nights include trampolines, zip lines, laser tag and inflatables, among others! Entertainers are also a great way to bring all students together and slow the night down. Hypnotists are a great act to have, they’re interactive and are perfect to bring the students all together one last time.

Décor

Décor can spice up any venue, especially if you decide to have your grad night on campus! It’s also perfect if you’re doing a theme. For example, a red carpet is always great if you’re doing casino tables and want something elegant and glamourous. Props sprinkled throughout the venue is a nice way to make everything coherent. Picture having the students walk in and seeing a big “Congrats!” sign out in the main quad, no better way to welcome the newly graduates.

Food

Food is a necessity when you have an all night event like a grad night. All of our caterers can cook up the perfect dessert menu for the night, but we also offer a variety of different foods! Some of our most popular items for grad nights include treat carts, such as churro carts, popcorn or cotton candy carts. Popular food trucks can also be brought on campus if students get hungrier throughout the night. Chaperones love our cappuccino station to make sure they stay awake all night long!

Music

A DJ can be great to make sure your students stay awake all night long! For background music or if you decide to have a dance floor, our DJs can play any type of music of your choice. Anywhere between Top 40 to rap and EDM, we’ll always make sure the music is appropriate and to your liking. Upgrades are also offered such as extra lighting or dance floors if the venue you pick doesn’t have one available.

Here at WOW! Events, we know how important grad night can be for seniors. This is their night and we want nothing but to make it as special as it can be. Our event producers are dedicated to work with you on every aspect to make sure that happens. Present every step of the way to answer your questions and concerns, our trained staff will also be present on the night of to check that everything goes smoothly.
