Part-Time Office Assistant


Summary:

Small, yet successful event production company with a startup culture specializing in Corporate, High School & Life Celebrations.

Overview:

Our Office Assistant is responsible for supporting the WOW! Team and overseeing the event manager program. This is an entry level position, we are willing to train the right person.

  • Running office errands
  • Create & manage Excel Spreadsheets
  • Scanning & Filing
  • Clean, organize & stock common areas
  • Data entry
  • Assist with other office tasks

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Office365, including EXCEL
  • Proficient in QuickBooks
  • Excellent Organizational Skills
  • Be able to lift & carry up to 20 lbs. (Event supplies, tables, chairs, etc.)
  • Must be Detail Oriented

Work schedule is Monday-Friday 9AM-1PM (subject to change)

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $14.00 to $15.00 /hour
