How It Works

The Mentoring Club concept combines proven techniques for learning and success by providing a forum for synergy, networking, education and experience. Each meeting is packed with information, ideas, professional insight and the real-world experiences of all the members - not to mention the camaraderie of getting together regularly with a group of like-minded individuals.  Napoleon Hill, in his classic book, Think and Grow Rich, describes the importance of belonging to a "Master Mind" group.


What is a Real Estate Investor Mentoring Club?

Each session is composed of three segments:
  • Lecture - on a specific topic of relevant interest. The facilitator or a guest speaker presents the material, which is generally part of an organized curriculum
  • Case Study - a detailed analysis and explanation of real life transactions, including strategies, techniques, outcomes and critiques. This includes reviewing a continually updated portfolio of pre-screened properties that are currently on the market.
  • Open Forum - an open Q & A between facilitator, guest speakers, and fellow members.
