Equity Happens Investor Academy Orientation

 Description & Sponsor

Discover the Equity Happens  Investor Academy!

Like any profession, becoming a successful real estate investor requires developing knowledge, experience and relationships.  It’s also important to surround yourself with like-minded people for encouragement and the opportunity to learn from others’ experiences.

In 2002, Robert Helms and Russell Gray founded what was to become the Equity Happens Institute.  Their mission was and is to provide a program to provide Education for Effective Action™.  After all, how much money can you make on a property you don’t own?

The centerpiece of the educational program is the Mentoring Club, where students gather once a month to learn about specific topics, get timely updates in important issues related to real estate and investing, review case studies on markets, properties and individual investors, and to ask questions and share ideas.  Strictly educational, no properties or investments are ever offered at a Mentoring Club meeting.

Starting in Silicon Valley with just 17 people meeting once a month in a title company conference room, the Mentoring Club has expanded to many hundreds of people in Northern and Southern California. In 2008, EHI will be delivering Education for Effective Actionthrough webinars and webcasts.

The Equity HappensInvestor Academy features education provided by experienced professionals who are all active investors on their own account.  The training is fun, relevant and affordable.

For those who choose to use their education in the real world, a variety of services including property sourcing, financing, tax and legal services, are all available through program sponsors and affiliates. Best of all, the environment is free from hard closing, manipulative sales pitches!
